Terms of Service.
These are the terms that apply when you use the Wonderspot pre-launch site and join our waitlist. Plain English where possible. Read them — they're short.
01. Who you're agreeing with
The Wonderspot pre-launch site is operated by WONDERSPOT P.C. (registration number 192392103000), a private company registered in Athens, Greece. In this document we're "Wonderspot," "we," "our." You are "you."
By using this site or submitting your details to our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02. What this site is
Right now, the Wonderspot site is a pre-launch waitlist. It exists for one purpose: to let people register their interest so we can notify them when we open. Nothing on this site is a finished product, a contract for services, or a binding offer.
We may change, pause, or discontinue this pre-launch site at any time without notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform when it launches.
03. Joining the waitlist
By submitting our interest form, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- The information you've given us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You're submitting it on your own behalf, or on behalf of a brand you have authority to represent.
- You consent to us emailing you about the launch (you can unsubscribe at any time).
We reserve the right to reject or remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
04. Acceptable use
When using the site, please don't:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the site.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written permission.
- Submit any content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
05. Intellectual property
The Wonderspot name, the wordmark, the visual design of this site, the imagery, the words you're reading — all of it is owned by Wonderspot or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You're welcome to share a link to the site.
06. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you also agree to that policy.
07. Communications
When you join the waitlist, you're consenting to receive a small number of emails from us about the platform's launch. We won't spam you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@wonderspot.ai.
08. No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and working, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of Greek or EU law that cannot be waived.
09. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Wonderspot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this pre-launch site. Our total liability to you, for anything connected to this site, is limited to €100.
10. When the platform launches
When Wonderspot launches as a live platform, a separate, more comprehensive set of Terms of Service will apply to its use. We'll let you know when those are ready, and joining the platform will require accepting them.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the version and date at the top, and notify anyone on the waitlist by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece — without prejudice to your mandatory consumer-protection rights, which may permit you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
