Version1.0

This is how Wonderspot handles the information you share with us when you join our pre-launch waitlist. We've kept it short and human. If something is unclear, write to us — we'll explain.

01. Who we are

WONDERSPOT P.C. (registration number 192392103000) is a private company registered in Athens, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide why and how it is processed.

To reach our team about anything in this document — including data requests — write to privacy@wonderspot.ai.

02. What we collect

When you submit our pre-launch interest form, we collect:

03. Why we collect it

We process your information for the following purposes:

Our legal basis for processing under the GDPR is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — given when you tick the box and submit the form. For server logs, our basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service secure.

04. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We never will. We share what we collect only with the providers that help us operate the waitlist:

All of these providers act as data processors under our instructions and are bound by data-processing agreements. If a provider is based outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

05. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it. Specifically: until three months after launch, after which non-converted waitlist entries are deleted. If you create an account on the live platform, your data continues under that platform's privacy policy.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see the next section.

06. Your rights

If you live in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the following rights:

RightWhat it means
AccessYou can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
RectificationYou can ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
ErasureYou can ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
RestrictionYou can ask us to pause processing while we investigate a concern.
PortabilityYou can ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
ObjectionYou can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdraw consentYou can withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on prior lawful processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@wonderspot.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Right to complain. You can also lodge a complaint with the Greek Data Protection Authority (Hellenic DPA / ΑΠΔΠΧ) at www.dpa.gr, or with the data protection authority of the EU country in which you reside.

07. Cookies & tracking

The pre-launch site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this page. If we add analytics cookies in the future, we'll show you a consent banner and ask before setting them.

08. Children

Wonderspot is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we'll delete the entry.

09. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information — TLS for data in transit, access controls on our databases, and reputable processors with their own security certifications. No system is perfect, but we work to minimise risk.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and email anyone on the waitlist before the changes take effect. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) may be made without notice.
